New Site: In Process
If you are receiving this, you are successfully signed up (transferred from Substack). I'll be posting from ghost henceforth. Here's to phantasmagoric feelings.
I've been traveling a bit the past couple weeks. Two weeks ago, I was in Austin giving a talk with my dear friend Luis Cárcamo-Huechante, whose book Acoustic Colonialism: Acts of Mapuche Interference, is a salve, and a banger, all at once.

And last week I was in Buffalo, NY, in Haudenosaunee territory, for a gathering of NAIS programs across the State University of New York system. It was an amazing experience to be able to experience the first whole department of Native studies at the University at Buffalo. Mishuana Goeman, the chair, has done an amazing job there, and was a kind and generous host for a large group of enthusiastic colleagues.

And this week I'm heading to Los Angeles to give a talk at Cal. State Northridge. I'm only staying a couple days there, but when I get back, it will be spring break, and I'll finally be able to go to the Whitney Biennial, and then sleep for a week.
More next week!
